WHAT CHANGES BETWEEN THE THREE NUMEN 100 TIERS?

The monthly technology fee and sale fee. You keep 100% of the commission on self-generated business, before the stated fees.

WHAT WILL I PAY ON A SALE?

Your tier’s sale fee is $549, $449 or $349. Your monthly technology fee is separate.

IS E&O INSURANCE INCLUDED?

Yes. E&O insurance is included in all three Numen 100 tiers.

CAN I KEEP MY OWN BRAND?

Yes. Personal branding is supported within brokerage and state advertising requirements. Team, LLC and DBA options are available where permitted.

HOW DOES THE AGENT REFERRAL REWARD WORK?

You receive $125 for each residential sale a referred agent closes during their first 12 months.

WHAT DO I NEED TO APPLY?

Choose a plan and provide your name, email, phone number, license details for each state where you hold a license. Select your primary state and where you want to join. No real estate license upload is required. Add your driver’s license or government-issued ID, completed W-9, auto insurance or an approved non-driver exception. Links to your state real estate commission’s transfer forms and instructions are provided in the application. A profile picture is optional.

DOES APPLYING MEAN I CAN BEGIN WORKING WITH THE BROKERAGE?

No. Your agreement, license verification, state affiliation and broker approval must be completed first.
